Nviro add Recruit, Time, Work, Pay and Learn modules to their elementsuite HR and Workforce Management software
Nviro, a professional cleaning provider in the educational and local authority sector, has gone live with Phase 2 of their elementsuite deployment. In Phase 1, Nviro deployed elementsuite’s HR and Engage modules, which helped them streamline people processes and colleague engagement. With the completion of Phase 2, Nviro has now also introduced Recruit, Time, Work, Pay, and Learn to their suite, which has helped them to streamline their colleague recruitment and on-boarding processes, as well as manage payroll more effectively.
With over 1,300 colleagues working across 900 sites in their cleaning and support teams, Nviro now have a one-stop-shop to manage all their people processes and improve efficiency across the organisation of HR Admins, Managers, and Employees.
Key benefits:
- Simplified scheduling:
- With colleagues working across multiple locations, Nviro needed a Workforce Management system that could meet its complex scheduling requirements with accuracy and efficiency. elementsuite’s efficient clocking in-and- out functionality helps managers see that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Employee empowerment:
- Colleagues can easily clock-in and-out using geo-fencing functionality, and pay premiums are automatically calculated by the system. Colleagues can even validate their hours on a daily basis before the pay run for maximum payroll accuracy.
- Learning & development:
- To enrich each colleague at Nviro, elementsuite provides training pathways; managers can track the progress of each employee, as well as receive an alert when compulsory modules are incomplete.
“We’re thrilled about the deployment of 5 more modules with elementsuite. The project teams on both sides have worked in strong partnership throughout this implementation process and the results have been transformative – we now have a huge breadth of functionality within our HR system, helping increase efficiency and save costs. I look forward to our continued partnership.”
