With a workforce of 400 employees, OCO Westend needed HR software that could cater to their growing needs. They discovered elementsuite through a recommendation from 23.5 Degrees, and quickly realised that our innovative tools could future-proof their growth plans. As such, they selected 6 of our modules, including: recruit, HR, engage, work, pay, and time modules.
These advanced features will help them manage costs and improve payroll accuracy, while also ensuring employees have an enhanced experience with the platform’s bespoke communication capabilities.
But what sealed the deal was elementsuite’s workforce management module. Employees will now have the ability to view their schedule, swap shifts with colleagues, as well as geo-locate uncovered shifts at other sites, all through the ease of their mobile phone devices. Plus, the use of our time management tools increase payroll accuracy by driving validation at source, with employees able to view their timecard, geo-clock at their required work location and review their entire scheduling priorities.
With just a click, employees can view their entire ‘world at work’ and manage their details through their mobile phones.
