PossAbilities go live with elementsuite
We are excited to announce that PossAbilities, a social enterprise that supports vulnerable people, has gone live with elementsuite’s HR and Workforce Management platform.
Having over 600 employees and working across 112 locations, PossAbilities needed a solution to manage the needs of a complex workforce to ensure their staff can support vulnerable people and help them ‘live the life they choose’.
Following a comprehensive 7-month implementation programme, PossAbilities are now able to enjoy the benefits of elementsuite’s Recruit, Work, HR, Time, Pay, and Engage modules.
With each member of staff at PossAbilities having their own unique skillset and specialisms, it is crucial that the right people are in the right place at the right time. elementsuite’s advanced forecasting features predict site-specific labour demand – taking numerous fluctuations into consideration, making rota-scheduling a breeze.
